Yoga Morning Fresh is the perfect way to start the day! This full yoga practice offers an opportunity for you to ease in, slowly building on breath and asana for a well rounded practice. Show up to pranayama (or breath practice) and a moving meditation that lovingly wakes up mind and body, providing you the energy you need to conquer your day.
Wind Down Yoga is a 25 minute grounding gem to help you wind down from your day and transition toward anything that makes you feel good. Use it to recover from a day of work and use it to shake off bad energy!
Morning yoga is a great way to start your day! This beginners level short 15 minute yoga sequence was designed to help you wake up, AND start warming up all those muscles. The deep stretches in this morning yoga are specific to opening the heart, widening the chest, and really getting that cup of coffee feeling, without the coffee!
